Art Director, Marketing: Alive Publishing Group (2022-2023)

* I was very happy to be employed with alive for six months. In that time, I believe I had created some of my best and most innovative work. They were often looking for creative/conceptual pieces that they could implement into new advertising campaigns. I believe I delivered. I also did publication design for their magazine.

Creative Director: Plenty Hard Kombucha (2018-) 

*I worked closely with the founder to lead/create a brand identity that would speak of the unique benefits of this product to its customers. I was with this brand from conception where I:
*Conceptualized and created all unique logos, packaging, website, media, sales materials, and other visuals with engaging graphics and content.

*Created and executed the campaigns for marketing for our brand and our sub-brands. 
* Collaborated with stakeholders and other teams to ensure the designs and new flavour releases were on-brand and of the highest quality. They are now in over 160 stores and growing.

CEO and Inventor: Selfi App Inc (2017-2023)
* Self is an app that helps you take better selfies with your pet or baby.
I had the idea, founded the corporation, created the brand and raised capital through local VC’s. I supervised the application build providing the roadmap for UX/UI and design interface. I also found the perfect collaborators to aid in the journey. We have launched and continue to collect users from around the globe. I have stepped back and the running of ads belongs to my tech team and their data scientists.

Creative Specialist: Sympli- Women’s apparel (2020-2021) 

*I was part of a 4 person marketing team. Simple was in transition from B2B to selling directly to customers online. We worked closely together as a team to successfully drive new sales though email marketing, social media, contests and campaigns, web marketing and SEO.  My tasks also included, producing and directing photoshoots from concept to completion. Arranging locations and props. I also did post-production work with images / video and marketing campaigns.

Visual Brand Developer: Pure Maple Water (2017-2019) 

* I worked closely with the owner of the company from concept to brand creation. The brand has since sold all inventory to the 7-11 franchise in Japan.
*I developed the visual identity of this brand by taking cues from the owner’s ideas and the demographics we were targeting and translating them into a powerful visual image. Materials created were logo and packaging, web elements, social media, campaign creation, sales materials (print and digital)

Founder, Stylist,: Divine Pin-Ups (2016-2018) 

*Executed all facets of the business to build the brand. I organized a great team of freelance photographers, make-up artists, and collaborating brands. Using clothing stores In Gastown I styled each client to become the best and most beautiful Pin_up version of themselves. We were creating a completely unique experience for women in Vancouver. @divine_pinups

 
Graphic Designer: Eleven Seven Agency, elevenseven.ca (2018-2019) 

* I was a senior designer for Eleven Seven design agency. Through this agency I worked with high profile clients such WesPar, the Richmond Olympic Oval and Elon Musk’s company Hero X.

Chief Operating Officer: Tack Up Systems (2017-2018) 

* I developed the visual identity of this brand as well as created a business network to gather funding and making sure needs of company operations were met. I completed any daily task necessary for the business.
* Developed new business relationships and connected us to the resources that were needed to take our company to the next level.  I created all brand visuals and branded clothing merchandise.
*I redesigned the existing software application to fit within our new brand guidelines.

Freelance Designer (Ex: 2011-present) 

* I work with clients to translate marketing strategies into effective designs. I enjoy client facing work because I love to take inspiration from listening to the essence of what founders are trying to create and who they are trying to reach.
* I designed layouts, photo retouch, and digital art pieces. Basic graphic design including business cards, booklets, packaging, illustrations, info graphics, emails templates, ad banners, etc.
* I worked with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with vision as well as working autonomously on key projects managing time and resources to hit deadlines, transmit files and bring projects to completion.

* I was a one-person marketing department. I created and designed all weekly ads, met deadlines for publication, updated the website and created branding concepts, mailers and signage. We successful launched and grew their secondary brand by 30% within one year.

Freelance Commercial Fashion Contract Worker. (Ex: 2000 - 2020) Various Employers                                               * Experienced as a commercial print model for the past 20 years. I was able to learn a lot about the various facets of the industry. It has helped me break out into Photoshop, styling, sewing, and photography. It inspired me to go to design school and build on my knowledge and experience in the industry.
